1.      The\nelection for members of Athlete Commission (03 x Posts) of Equestrian\nFederation of India will be held on 07^th\nApr 2019 during Delhi Horse Show 2019 at Army Equestrian Centre,                      C/o ‘B’ Squadron, 61 Cavalry, Brar Square, Delhi Cantt-110010. <o:p></o:p>

2.      Based\non the Guidelines (copy enclosed) issued by Indian Olympic Association (IOA), _the list of eligible sportspersons to\ncontest the election is annexed as Appendix ‘A’. The Athletes (in\nthe list) who are keen to contest in the election of member of Athlete\nCommission of Equestrian Federation of India are requested to kindly forward\ntheir nominations on the prescribed format so as to reach this office by 1000\nhrs on 29^th Mar 2019, in a sealed envelope, addressed to Election\nCommission, Equestrian Federation of India, C/o ‘B’ Squadron, 61 Cavalry, Cariappa\nMarg, Delhi Cantt-110010.<o:p></o:p>

3.      The\nfollowing documents are enclosed herewith:-<o:p></o:p>

(a)    Nomination Form                  -\nAppendix ‘B’ <o:p></o:p>

(b)    Election BYE LAW                -\nAppendix ‘C’<o:p></o:p>

(c)     Consent Letter                       -\nAppendix ‘D’<o:p></o:p>
