The Sub Junior Indian riders competed in a Dressage competition held in the Hunter Valley Dressage Club , Australia on Saturday 26^thJuly 2008.

Riding a Preliminary Dressage Test, a little beyond the standards they usually ride in competitions here, Gaurav and Ronith did India proud.

Gaurav Pundir of RTS & D Saharanpur was placed 2^nd and the Army Polo and Riding Club Delhi rider, Ronith Reddy was placed 3^rd.

Notably, they were riding horses which they were acquainted with for only a week before competition and beat a strong field of senior and seasoned Australian riders like Emma Armstrong.

The team is being trained by Sharon Carroll and accompanied by Mr Inderjeet Singh, Instructor, Army Polo & Riding Club , New Delhi.
