FUNCTIONING OF EFI
Start: 2022-08-01 05:06:25
1. It has been brought to the notice of this NF that a few ex-members of Executive Committee for their vested interest have been spreading misinformation by the way of claiming themselves to be the acting President and EC Members of EFI. Also, that the legitimate Secretary General is suspended. These are false, illegal and devoid of any merit.
2. It is confirmed to one and all that as on date the following members of EC are functioning as Office Bearers & Member of Executive Committee of EFI: -
(a) Mr Harish Khokhar, Vice President (Finance), Office Bearer
(b) Col Jaiveer Singh, Secretary General, Office Bearer
(c) Col SS Ahlawat (Retd), Member Dressage, Member of EC
3. The EFI has approached Hon’ble High Court of Delhi to permit conduct of Elections in order to attain smooth functioning and prevent inconvenience to all stakeholders. The next date of hearing is 22 Aug 2022.
