REL GUIDELINES

As the REL is a new concept and is being held for the first time as qualifier for NEC, the Executive Committee has approved the following minimum guidelines for qualification :
(a) Novice & Grade III - Min two qualification and third participation is not mandatory (As was required as per previous guidelines on REL).
(b) Grade I & II - Direct access to NEC and two participation is not mandatory (As was required as per previous guidelines on REL).
