SHOW CAUSE NOTICE: TERMINATION OF CLUB MEMBERSHIP

SHOW CAUSE NOTICE: TERMINATION OF CLUB MEMBERSHIP
1. It is brought to the notice of all that the Executive Committee of this NF had formed a committee to carry out audit of clubs who are involved in Equestrian activities or otherwise.
2. The committee has identified clubs which are not involved in Equestrian activity and hence recommend for termination of their club membership. The same has been recommended by the Executive Committee during their meeting held on 26 Feb 2021 of this NF.
3. List of clubs whose members is recommended for termination is attached herewith.
4. In view of aforesaid, all such clubs are requested to please show cause as to why their membership should not be terminated as it has been found that these club are not involved in Equestrian activity in term of para 1.3, articles 004 chapter II of EFI statutes.
5. The reply to reach this office by 19 Mar 2021 positively or else these clubs’s membership will be automatically terminated.
6. Letter to this effect has also been forwarded to each club by post.
